There are so many ways that you can increase your Amazon influencer commissions, but in this video, I'm going to share with you a couple of things that I do every single morning to help track and increase my commissions. It's worked for me. I hope that it'll work for you. If you just follow every step inside of this video.

And also my name is Mark. This is a brand new channel. If you could do me a huge favor, hit the like button. And if one person subscribes to my channel from this video, I'll continue to post on how to help you make more money on Amazon every week this year. Let's dive in. Every morning I wake up and I come to my storefront and I look at my recordings from the previous day.

So what you're going to do is come to your storefront, click, and then it's going to be coming to a page like this. Sometimes it's set by default. What I like to do is change it to the lot to yesterday. And then if I scroll down, I'm able to see a lot of different metrics. I'm able to see how many clicks that my videos have gotten.

Products were actually shipped. If any returned, uh, what converted, what items that were shipped, what the revenue was. And the earnings. And before I get into the products, let me explain the value of understanding these metrics right here. Your clicks is a direct correlation. If people are actually interested in clicking on your video or not, and that's a combination of your title and your thumbnail, I feel that a lot of people write off their title and their thumbnail as it, it doesn't matter.

It doesn't matter. I'll just post it. It doesn't matter the value in tracking your clicks. Is seeing, okay, if I create a custom thumbnail or if I just take two seconds to add an arrow on my thumbnail video, or if I create more of a baby type title, okay, you want to do, you want people to click on your video.

That's where you're going to see a correlation of if it's working or if it's not, it doesn't matter how good your video is, your review video. If people don't click on it or watch it, then it doesn't matter. Okay. That I hate, uh, just direct about that, but it's the truth. And so this is something that I like to track now, shift items.

That means that someone has. Click my video. They have purchased a product and it has been shipped to them. Meaning they actually checked out. They didn't just, they didn't just click the video and put it in their cart and that was final. All right, next is the conversion. That's meaning the number of items ordered divided by the number of clicks on your links.

Here's something interesting. Even though this says three 7. 3, four, if I pull up my phone real quick, if you're wanting to get more information about the influencer program or how to increase your commissions. And overall best practices. I have a free guide that I'll link down below in the video description.

Also inside of the guide is a link to my private Facebook group, which you can join for free. If you want more one on one help from me and also my community of influencers, the guide is down below this video and completely for free. And if I go to my Amazon app and I opened up my Amazon app, I'm going to click.

This person emoji. I'm going to scroll over to creator connection or creator central. I'm going to click total earnings, see all, and then I'm going to click yesterday. Okay. So the earnings match up with my desktop. But then when I look at conversion rate, it says 31. 46 compared to 7. 34. I don't understand why there's a difference here.

I'm still trying to figure that out, but I track both of those. And so I have the spreadsheet where I track all of these numbers. Okay. For the day. So if I see to the 16th, here's my number of videos, number of clicks, number of items sold, I didn't have any returns. Shipped revenue, my earnings for the day, the desktop conversion rate, my mobile conversion rate.

And then, so I like to keep track of those because well, I'll get to that in a second. And then my total earnings. Okay. So that's the value in seeing these. Now, the next thing that you want to look at is your earnings for individual items. About a month or two ago, I couldn't find this anymore. I couldn't see it, which I was disappointed because I wanted to track and I wanted to see what products were actually converting or not.

And then all of a sudden they brought it back. And so I was really happy about that. As I'm looking through these, um, what I like to look at are a handful of things. First, I just briefly look at each item and let me tell you this, it doesn't matter if you only have five converted products or even one, it does not matter.

The fact that you're getting in the habit of looking at these products every morning will help you so much. Like. It'll just be incredibly eyeopening. For example, this product, this DVD lens cleanser, it was a product that I reviewed and my brother had it. I know it's not the biggest of commissions, but I click on this and I'm the only video for this product.

Uh, now you're thinking, okay, great. I'm going to steal it. I don't care. Steal it. But what I'm saying is like. This product gives me commission, honestly, every day. Like I think I reviewed it about four months ago. There's not been a day when I have not earned small commission from this product. I had no idea that this would convert.

Okay. I had no idea that people would actually buy this. And so it's just a testament to. Never like rule out a product thinking, Oh, it's not going to work. It's not worth my time. It always is worth your time. Absolutely. So I like to look through the products and see if there's any kind of correlations as far as products that I continually see that's converting more over time or not.

One thing that is also interesting to keep in mind is the fact that sometimes you're going to see products on here. You did not review. You might be thinking, what the heck? What's happening is when someone watches your video and they check out Amazon, sometimes gives you the commissions for all of the other items in their cart.

All right, which is pretty crazy. So that's how you're going to, you're going to earn extra commissions. But also after about a four to five weeks of you posting your review video on Amazon, they're going to take that video, push it. The algorithm is going to push it. To other products that are similar. And so the premise is never think that you're not doing any good by, by posting review videos, like, like it, just, just give it time, just give it, be patient.

And you're going to start to see it kind of grow more and more over time. The next thing that I like to look at is my, uh, commission income. Of course, now, obviously you want to look at products that are higher commissions than none. Let's go to the next page. And, uh, there's lots of different items. So. Um, at this point, what I like to do is, okay, if I see a product that's continually converting time and time again, I want to see what I did, what's working and what's what's not working.

So I'm going to click this tone of fungus video. All right. I remember the exact day when I made this, I was at my parents house. I decided to review it kind of more openly and embarrassingly. Like this is something that I continually use day in day out. Okay. Was a swimmer all throughout high school. And I just have had issues with this.

All right. I don't know why, but I just do. So I made this review video. I'm going to click on here. And I like to look at the title, the thumbnail, here's the thing. I think the reason that this video converts, if you notice it's not high quality, I use it with my webcam. I list, I relistened to it and I felt like I just gave a good review.

All right. I just felt like I was really honest about, uh, the best practices that I did to use that product. And I think that because people kept watching for a long time, Amazon continually posted at the very top. For that product, because it converts, like if your video converts, it'll all, it'll stay at the top.

It doesn't matter how flashy it is, but if people watch it and they are inclined to buy the product after, then they're going to show your video a hundred percent all the time, that's just the best practice. So look at the products that are converting, look through ones that are consistent. And go back and see what you did.

Volatility is a symptom of low volume. Volatility is a symptom of low volume. And so if you see your commissions going back and forth up one day, low the other day, always up and down, left and right, all around, then you need to do more volume. Because the more volume you do, the more review videos that you post, the more feedback and insights you're going to get, I would say doing a ton of volume and looking at my commissions every morning, seeing what works and what doesn't work has been the biggest help.

And the biggest reason that my commissions have grown month and month over time, all right, last thing I'll say. If I click the top right here, make sure that you switch between these two. I see a lot of questions about this. Oh, and AMZ just basically means on Amazon, meaning, um, it's, it's for onsite commissions.

Now my normal storefront, like if I click that, that is like my Amazon affiliate link, which is if I post product links outside of Amazon and if I earn from that, so if I click that, it will come to any kind of commissions and my creator connections and, and just another even quick tip. I know I'm kind of going on here, but I, every morning I will come in here and, uh, go to creator connections and I have a separate video that I'll link up to.

Um, above and also, uh, I like to come in here and look at my creator connections. I look at new campaigns and it's so easy. Let me see if I can find one to give you an example. Okay. So I have created a review video for this product right here, memory foam. So I'm going to accept it. And then I'm going to go to accepted and I'm going to find that product.

And then I'm going to go back to my storefront and I'm going to find that, um, that, uh, video. So I'm going to do keyword search foam. Here it is. Beautiful. I'm going to click share, copy link, come back to here and. Click video, paste, submit, just like that. I'm going to earn more commissions whenever I, uh, have this video converted.

So boom, that's just a simple tip. All right. So hopefully this has helped you out. Um, and if you're not sure how to use creator connections, then, um, watch this video right here, it'll help you understand a lot more and hopefully be of a resource to you. And with that, I'll see in the next video. Thanks for watching.
